Acquisition Criteria

Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC is a real estate investment firm based in Baltimore. The companys mission is to maximize the full potential of under-utilized shopping centers through a focused strategy of leasing, redevelopment, and creative management.


Investment Strategy:

Acquisition, repositioning and redevelopment of value-added retail properties.


Geographic Guidelines:

Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West.


Preferred Deal Size:

Generally $2.0 million to $30.0 million per property, but no minimum or maximum. We have a strong interest in portfolio acquisitions.


Investment Structure:

All cash. Fee simple and Note Purchases.


Property Submittal:

Preference is for a complete offering package. However, we have a flexible investment program with the ability to react quickly to all investment opportunities.
