Broad Reach Retail Partners Seeks Senior Leasing Agent
Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Leasing Agent to lease space in our shopping center portfolio. This position is for an energetic, motivated, self-starter with three to five years of retail leasing experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with national, regional, and local tenants
Prospect markets where centers are owned for viable tenants
Underwrite tenants
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions
Present deal to Principals
Oversee tenant installation process
Skill Set:
Proven selling skills
Effective negotiator
Self-motivated
Good decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable in spreadsheet and word processing software
Willingness to travel
